About This Role
To help us introduce Allergy Amulet to the world, we’re seeking a Digital Marketing Director to join our team in spring 2022. This position is located in either Madison, WI, or Kansas City, MO. The team will also consider a remote-based position. We will consider both full-time and part-time roles.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, and working closely with the Creative Director, this individual will oversee day-to-day email marketing operations and support the team’s digital marketing efforts and education campaigns. This person should have a strong working knowledge of email automation software, and experience with building brand awareness through digital marketing campaigns.
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone with digital marketing experience to help us manage and share content, generate awareness, and build and maintain consumer relationships. The ideal candidate possesses a careful attention to detail, proficiency in SEO strategy/execution, and has strong writing skills.
You have experience working cross-functionally with teams to ensure marketing programs are in line with company objectives
You are comfortable creating, monitoring, and analyzing email marketing campaigns
You can adeptly navigate HubSpot, Mailchimp, and/or other third-party email marketing tools
You have strong proofreading and copywriting skills
You are proficient in Excel and are comfortable maintaining and organizing email databases
You can nurture and maintain customer relationships
You excel in implementing SEO strategies
You are comfortable overseeing digital marketing campaigns
You can lead teams and contribute to a positive, efficient, and motivated company culture
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and work well in a rapidly changing environment
You ask for help when you need it
You are a committed team player, dependable, and accountable
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related discipline
3-7 years of email marketing experience, preference for a related industry
Proven leadership experience carrying out and tracking email marketing campaigns, list management, and proficiency in third-party email marketing tools
Experience building brand awareness
